[ubl-lcsc] Example of assembly for 0p70 Order document.

Please find attached (in proper MS formats!) a first draft at producing 
an Order document based on the normalized data structures.

The powerpoint presentation shows the process followed and the 
UBL_LIbrary-0p70v1-WIP.xls is the resultant spreadsheet form of our library.

In the process of doing this i refined the model and so i also attached 
an updated version of the normalized model as well.

This is not the finished product but i think it shows the merits of this 
approach.
