Hi Stephen,

I don't see any duplicate ID values in the Order schema (as of the
22-01-03b.zip revision).  This also checks OK in IBM's schema quality checker
(SQC) tool.  I'm wondering if this is a problem with eXcelon's Stylus Studio.
Maybe it is finding "duplicates" because the Order schema <xsd:include>s the
Reusable schema.  Although Reusable does use these same ID values, they are in
a different document instance and should be OK.

I've been trying the latest schemas for op70 with XMLSpy, which vaildates them
OK, and also in eXcelon's Stylus Studio which gives the following error with,
say, the orders schema

Validating UBL_Library_0p70_Order.xsd...
file://a:\UBL_Library_0p70_Order.xsd:14,52: ID 'UBL000001' is not unique
file://a:\UBL_Library_0p70_Order.xsd:21,77: ID 'UBL000002' is not unique
...
and so on

It used to throw this error with the 'reusable' schema but as of 22-01-03b.zip
this stopped and the 'reusable' schema is now OK.
