Ken,

I will release another version of my example and you can extract the XML instance from there.  

About ATA, it is similar to UBL, when used at Boeing, we need to add a few more data.  Any how, it is the same problem.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, Sally, by "fixed at the ATA level".  The 
example is purely theoretical as input to the debate and needn't be 
accurate to convey the concept of the first perspective.

I author all of my documents in XML ... if you send me a replacement 
instance and text offline then I can incorporate your content into my document.
