i still believe we can fix the instances - given my timezone, i shall do
the 'de-tokenizing' of the instances over the next 12 hours and we can decide
how to proceed during our call.

Unfortunately, only the one of us can do this. i hope whoever owns the current set may be able to do something before our meeting -it should be a quick fix.  in most cases we can replace "token" with "" (on the basis it is better to be null than incorrect).
