I went ahead and fixed this (I hope), uploaded the revised zip
file, and sent out the announcements.  The previous version of the
file has been saved in the same directory as UBL0p70b.zip, so if
someone finds that I've broken something, we can easily revert to
the previous version till we get it fixed.
