OK, I"ve downloaded the new zip archive and see that the index.html
file that was in the improper location is no longer there and the index.html
file that is (and always was) in the proper location is still showing the
gifs and relative links correctly.  Good job, Lisa!

Caveat: this was a very *cursory* check.  I didn't look at anything other
than the top index.html file and only checked a few of its relative 
links and gifs.
