Some comments, mostly typos.

line 412 - two fullstops
line 440 - modles should be models
line 443 - the diagram is very small (in the .pdf)
line 484 - wrong diagram diagram should be
UBL-OrderResponseClassdiagram-1.0.gif - I attach it
line 515 - suggest paragraph break after ..by UBL Team
line 518 - suggest "with rules published by the UBL NDR team" is changed to
"with the UBL Naming and Design Rules"
line 519 - are we sure version 2.0 will contain a customisation methodology.
We could change the sentence to read "UBL foresees the development of a
customisation methodology for verssion 2 of the UBL"
line 568 and 576  - needs proper figure numbers
line 976 - "described" spelt wrong
line 977 - suggest changing "reusable spreadsheet" to "spreadsheet of
re-usable components"
line 1059 and 1069 - bearing in mind the international nature of the
audience I think we should try to avoide expressions tat might not be easily
translatable - so "cranked out" should perhaps be written as "published" or
"output"
line 1074 - It is not obvious how this sub section is relevant. If the +
extensions are not available do we need to mention their existance. As its
stands the paragraph raises questions. Is it a problem if they are not
available? Can we still generate compliant schemas without them? etc.
lines 1177 and 1178 - as 1059 should we replace "feeding" and "fed" with
"inputting" and "input"

That's it, I haven't looked in any detail at the other sections.
