I've updated the modularization-namespace-versioning position paper to reflect our recent work.  All of the changes since version 03 are in what is now section 10: Recommendation: Module Structure.

 

I've rewritten that section to expunge the concept of "instance root" (I've removed the term entirely from the document).   Basically all of section 10 is a rewrite -- including the diagrams.  The pertinent new material is about three pages long including the two reworked diagrams so you ought to be able to read that before the call.  If not, we can tackle it next week.
