a) The question on naming of modules is quite appropriate. We certainly
*cannot* and *should not* dictate how the filenames are names, as that
could (and in this case does) contradict filanme naming conventions in
OASIS and other orgs.

b) Agree with the proposed language changes to make clear we're talking
of namespace prefixes (although I hate the idea behind...)
