Dear comittee members, 

Please note that the pre-award meeting has changed slot, virtual room and frequency.

It will be from the 13th of March a weekly meeting to progress on the new issues that address compliance with the new notices.

Starting at 14h30 CET to 16hCET in https://ecwacs.webex.com/meet/nmuric.

You are welcome to prepare the meeting by commenting the latest jiras that have not yet been tackled in the intermediate release.

A general topic for dicussion will be the quality of some definitions of the pre award elements.

For those who found these issues, it would be great that you provide examples of not sufficient quality for the definitions so that we can assess whether those can be solved in the pre award committee or whether we have to open a general issue to be addressed to the TC.
