Thanks for your comments.

I do not underestimate the technical issues to be overcome in bringing UBL and UN/CEFACT together and the fact that some of the gaps are structural and/or interpretative in nature.  You’re probably right to say that these will have material impact on the plan in terms of time and resource required and the output of other groups,

However, the underlying intention of the plan is more simplistic in that it is to:

1. state that UBL has identified resource to participate i.e. the UBL members of the harmonisation group
2. to set some actual dates to meet and work, bearing in mind that all we’ve had before are start dates from UBL and end dates from TBG1.
   

This gives us a starting point for our initial meeting (in July) at which we should get into drafting specific terms of reference etc. (which has not been done yet).

My real question is does anyone have issues with the proposed dates and/or the proposed overall timescale.
