Excellent work - it all looks very good to me. I'll put Tim's edits into the index.html file and remake the package with these files from Ken. Any objections to this now going to public lists for review? Please would folk look over the package when I upload it. If I hear no objections within five days I'll pass a link to the new package on to Jon for publishing to a couple of lists as agreed at the Pacific TC call yesterday.
