MINUTES OF UBL-TRANSPORT SUBCOMMITTEE MEETING

1000 - 1200 (Singapore time) Monday 05 December 2005

ATTENDANCE IN SINGAPORE:

ISSUES DISCUSSED:

 

1. Freight Invoice is like a performa invoice which is legally binding. Information from freight invoice is copied from invoice with an addition shipment ASBIE.
2. UCR in Packing List can be reference by going from shipment to consignment to ID
3. Definition from process document will be copied to the various excel files as it is more clear and concise.
4. Freight billing process has been added to place freight invoice within the process.

ACTION ITEMS:

1. Synchronization of definition in xls file
2. Updated process model.
3. Import of FI and PL into master EAP file

Use WebEx for web conference for purpose of sharing of screen to facilitate modification to data model and spreadsheet immediately. Please sent your email address to me if you are interested to participate in the WebEx sharing session during the next scheduled teleconference.
