1. GoodsItem is contained in a TransportEquipment through
GoodsItemContainer

As requested I have created a high level view of UBL 2/.0 trade and 
transport entities equivalent to that produced by TBG3 for their model 
(for reference I attach a copy of that as well)

Can we all please review this over the next few days so we can submit 
this in time for the meeting next thursday?
