This looks very good! My only comment is that I believe we agreed at the last TSC call that the "AuthenticatedParty" is essentially not different from the existing "Party". The Party identifier is the mechanism by which the authentication of a party is established. I can update the Google spreadsheets today, so we can include it in the agenda for this week.

At the last TSC call we also discussed that a party can have "authorization" to act in a certain capacity, and that this is different from an "authentication". I would support adding an authorization ID to the generic Party structure if the TSC has a requirement for this.
