Another revised agenda for UBL TC meeting in Ottawa

Hello UBL TC,

Here is another revision of the agenda outline for the TC meeting
in Ottawa 8-12 August 2005.  The hour-by-hour schedule will be
posted about a week in advance of the meeting.  Since all of the
people planning to participate by phone are located in the U.S. or
Europe, all of the plenary discussions will begin at 10 a.m. in
Ottawa using the usual UBL conference number.
