There is no statutory requirement in Danish law that says that the used
version of a code list must be stated in the instance. However - we would
require a version attribute to be set with the new code list scheme with
code lists in instance files.

To sum things up - we are happy with the codeListVersionID currently
associated with code lists in the instance file of UBL 1.0.
