I think this got missed in the NDR editing. The correct names for these 
should be  UBLVersionID, SubsetID and ProfileID (these are correct in 
the spreadsheets and schemas).  We should update the NDR text to use 
these names,

i am guessing this is because we cannot in our spreadsheet models show a 
default and so EDIFIX couldn't put one in.  I suggest we add this 
manually as Ken proposes and then add this to the set of requirements 
given to GEFEG.
