See the latest NDR Draft and the accompanying change log to see the 
output of the work session. Input provided by Ken Holman and Sylvia 
Webb have been incorporated into the NDR draft. Sylvia Webb believes 
that this concludes all NDR changes required by the GEFEG developers 
for now.
