This is the final genda before the actually meeting.  We will probably 
rearrange some items on the Monday and send out notices as required.

MEETING LOGISTICS

The meeting will take place at ENEA, Via Martiri di Monte Sole 4, 40128 
Bologna.

ENEA is outside the Bologna historical city center - approximately 5 km, 
or 15 minutes by bus.

HOTELS

GKH, TM, and probably AS will be staying in apartments downtown and 
taking the bus to the meeting.          (see http://www.halldis.com/)
MC is staying at the HC3 Hotel.  (http://www.hc3.it/)
RC is staying at a hotel Nettuno nearer the ENEA

AC POWER AT UBL MEETINGS

There is public internet access from the meeting rooms.

MEALS AND DRINKS
Lunch is offered by the ENEA centre.
There will be available bottles of water and a coffee break for each
day, but we have to choose if it will be in the morning or after lunch
(not later then 15:30)

SOCIAL DINNER
A dinner is being arranged for the Tuesday evening April 15.  
Approximate cost EUR35 per person.

you have a travel companion) will be joining us for dinner.

WINE AND CHEESE Thursday April 17
