MESSAGE ENVELOPE FOR PRD3

    GKH has volunteered to co-chair but desires another co-chair
    familiar with the business requirements.

UBL NDR WORK

    NDR Lead Editor Mike Grimley is back!

    MG, BH, KV will be holding an NDR work session Friday 11
    February in Maryland with GKH joining via skype.  The address
    is: 245 Hammarlee Road, Glen Burnie, MD 21060.

       AGREED to constitute this group (together with Mavis
       Cournane if she is able to join) as the "NDR work team"
       referenced in the Atlantic call minutes of 3 November 2010,
       MG to chair.  See

NDR CHECK (NIST TOOL)

    No news this week.

TAG (TAML) STATEMENT OF USE

    See this week's Pacific call for details.  We reviewed
    this:

       "AGREED (pending agreement in the Atlantic call) that the
       UBL TC finds that TAML is a suitable language for
       implementers of UBL to use in expressing business
       constraints."

    AGREED to the same statement.

2011 UBL TC F2F MEETING SCHEDULE

    30 May - 3 June 2011

       Ankara, Turkey, at Middle Eastern Technical University

       Chair: Tim McGrath

       Main agenda item: UBL 2.1 PRD3

    October/November 2011

       We agreed some time ago that GKH would check to see whether
       Adobe could host this meeting in Ottawa, as they so kindly
       did five years ago.  GKH now reports that the Adobe
       facilities will not be available this time around.

       It appears, however, that the number of participants
       planning to attend is small enough that Crane can host the
       meeting in Kars (near Ottawa).  JB and GKH are confirmed,
       and BH, MG, and MC are possible.  MC has suggested the week
       of 31 October 2011 for the meeting; this proposal will be
       used for a tentative date pending further discussion.
