Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (UBL-12) To demonstrate and assist in the interfacing of EDI systems to XML technology in the international transport freight and logistics domain
[ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/UBL-12?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=58955#comment-58955 ] Ken Holman commented on UBL-12: ------------------------------- Now in the hands of TC Admin for processing: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/TCADMIN-2086 Note that I was mislead by https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/committee-note-ballot-request where it states a special majority vote (on Kavi) is to be requested. In fact, https://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/tc-process#standApprovProcess states that only a full majority vote (during a meeting) is required. TC Admin is processing our voting and request as the equivalent to an approval. > To demonstrate and assist in the interfacing of EDI systems to XML technology in the international transport freight and logistics domain > ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: UBL-12 > URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/UBL-12 > Project: OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) TC > Issue Type: New Feature > Components: Customization and implementation guldelines > Environment: International Freight Movements > Reporter: Tim McGrath > Assignee: Tim McGrath > Priority: Minor > > To define the possible mappings of UN/EDIFACT IFTM** components to the OASIS Universal Business Language (UBL) version 2.1 based on the ITIGG Principles and Rules for Implementation of Consignment Based Messages v2 (100v20). > This applies to data structures used in UBL document types BillOfLading, ForwardingInstructions and Waybill (as well as other document types used in intermodal and multimodal freight) -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.2.2#6258)
