Notes:
This new non-standards-track Committee Note replaces the former
standards-track
CSPRD02 with the same title.  The title is being preserved because of NDR
versions 1.0 and 2.0 used in previous versions of UBL.  Readers will be
expecting a version 3.0 to reflect changes.

What was the CSPRD02 has been renamed to Business Document NDR v1.0, and this
new committee note makes reference to that renamed specification.
