Ok,
I think we need an example

openPEPPOL-VA-V3.4.0

- Profile A
    - Customization A1
    - Customization A2
- Profile B
    ...
- Profile C
    ...

This is a collection of profiles and customizations of UBL documents used for implementing different business transactions on each profile.

A DigitalAgreement is something similar.  An agreement may cover different profiles and transactions.

Another point is that openPEPPOL changes business rules and specifications but the customization id is still the same except in the case the UBL schema is updated.

The openPEPPOL-VA-V3.4.0 mandatory release is a multi-party trading agreement for interoperability in that community.

The DigitalAgreementID allows to keep track of which release of openPEPPOL is governing the document exchanges.
