UBL 2.3 - Comment - Expected RegulatoryDomain element missing in PIN (UBL-201)

Hi,

RegulatoryDomain is defined for ContractNotice and ContractAwardNotice documents types.
Missing in the PriorInformationNotice schema, request was made to have the RegulatoryDomain element added in the UBL 2.3 PIN schema. 
To satisfy the need and for the sake of consistency between the different PreAward types of documents, request was approved.
Unfortunately, I'm unable to find this element in the UBL 2.3 PriorInformationNotice schema.
