Hi,

The definition of UnknownPriceIndicator remains unchanged.
While looking at the HTML expressions of the PreAward models, I detect that the misleading definition that should have been updated, is not. 

The definition should read:

  "An indicator that the subcontract price is known (false) or not (true)"

while I still read:
==================
  "An indicator that the subcontract price is known (true) or not (false)"
