UBL PR - Comment - Concessions estimated amounts (UBL-222)

Hi,

For the Awarded Tendered Project of a concession, the estimated amounts to be received from the users (fees and fines) and from the grantor (prizes and payments) shall be specified. 

Proposal is to have 2 optional and non-repeatable BBIEs of type amount within ÂTenderedProjectÂ:
- ÂEstimatedUserConcessionRevenueÂ, and 
- ÂEstimatedBuyerConcessionRevenueÂ.
