Hi,

Some services are regularly re-tendered; For those services, notices are published periodically. The associated procurements shall be identified as recurring and a description conveying additional information like estimated timing should be provided.

To address this I propose to have the followings in ÂTenderingTermsÂ:
- an optional non-repeatable indicator ÂRecurringProcurementIndicatorÂ followed by
- an optional repeatable text ÂRecurringProcurementDescriptionÂ.
