Hi,

While establishing a Competition Notice, when based on one or more Planning Notices, for any of its lots, reference shall be made to the appropriate planning notice(s) and Parts.

To deal with this requirement, we propose:
At the ÂProjectProcurementLotÂ level, make use of ÂPreviousProcurementProjectLotReferenceÂ of type ÂProcurementProjectLotReferenceÂ (i.e. have it added) after having updated it with an optional ABIE ContractFolderIDReference in it (instantiated when a lot/part belonging to a different procedure is referred to).
