[uddi-spec] XPointer fixes in WSDL BP and TN documents

Hi,

I learned a few things about XPointer today that led me to believe that our
usage of XPointer in both the V1 BP and the V2 TN was not quite right.

I have taken the liberty of updating both documents and attach them in case
you can get the web site updated before the call so that people can take a
look at them.  I also fixed a few trivial things in the V1 BP such as the
date and the file name.

The V2 TN should be ready for editing now.(See attached file:
