December UnitsML TC Meeting - vote on earlier minutes

Dear Colleagues,

There is one agenda item that needs to be addressed. We need to vote on the September draft minutes to ensure that they are correct and become the official minutes. [ http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/43760/minutes20110914.pdf ] I would appreciate it if someone would make the motion to accept the minutes and then someone else second the motion, followed by voting (if there is no discussion or changes recommended).

FYI, if you go to the OASIS site, I've recently uploaded version 1.0-CSD04 of the schema, along with the schema changes and the HTML documentation for 1.0-CSD04; the changes that were made to the schema are also listed in the minutes that need to be approved.

Finally, any other topics can be brought up for discussion during this asynchronous meeting.
