Thanks Alex,

  I apologize - due to problems with the mail server that handled OASIS staff mail I didn't get this along with several other related messages until earlier today! It's clear that everyone has put in a lot of effort to make this work the best it can be. I look forward to seeing everyone next month in Tokyo - in the meantime, however, let's work on getting the errata into the proper format and to ensure we have everything ready to submit for review immediately after the BRM.
