Members of the VIRTIO TC,
Your 30-day public review for Virtual I/O Device (VIRTIO) Version 1.2 has been announced. The review ends on June 8. You can find the announcement at
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/members/202205/msg00002.html, and it will also be posted on the OASIS website soon at
https://www.oasis-open.org/news/.
I also sent the email notice to the following list of BCC: recipients:

kvm@vger.kernel.org,
linux-kernel@vger.kernel.org,
netdev@vger.kernel.org,
opnfv-tech-discuss@lists.opnfv.org,
dev@dpdk.orgI received bounce message or "moderation required" from:
--
opnfv-tech-discuss@lists.opnfv.org (has been deprecated; replaced by
anuket-tech-discuss@lists.anuket.io)

dev@dpdk.orgPlease consider forwarding this announcement on to other parties who may be interested in the work. In my experience, TCs that actively solicit outside review get more and better quality feedback on their specifications.
Also, please keep in mind the OASIS requirements for handling comments. Non-TC member feedback can only be submitted to the TC's comment list
virtio-comment@lists.oasis-open.org. The TC must have someone subscribed to this mail list to monitor comments. All submitted comments must be acknowledged by the TC. In addition, the TC needs to maintain a log of comments received and their resolutions.
Let me know if you have any questions regarding the review or next steps.
