Hello Parav, I value your contribution very much. Editor being a technical role it seems a bit early in that I feel you are still figuring out the processes sometimes, e.g. questions like which changes do or do not need voting. It's not really all written down so takes a bit of time to figure things out, the point is to speed things up for everyone not create friction after all. You are doing great so I'd say the way things are going, about a couple of months from now would be very reasonable. In your list everything except help with releases does not depend on a co-editor role, and we are supposed to be doing releases every 12-16 months only. So please, go ahead as planned with 1-3 and by the time help with releases becomes necessary you should be a co-editor. Still this is just my opinion, if you like we can always take this up to a vote. Let me know. Thanks a lot in any case!
