The winner is March 28 followed by April 3 and April 4.

I think Wednesday 28th is a great choice and should allow ample time to book flights and hotel.

Please reply to the list for comments and questions on the date. Let's allow everybody until next week Wednesday 15th for comments on the date.

Alex de Groot – our host for the f2f – will be providing more information on location and hotel recommendations.

Next – let's talk about agenda for the full day meeting? I don't think we need to strict agenda – but we should define our expectation and outcome of the meeting. Post your thoughts here.
