A small update on the F2F meeting in Copenhagen:
So far we have 19 attendees for the meeting(18 on OASIS, 1 additional by email).
If you attendance changes in the upcoming week, please let me know by email.
Due to Easter and the availability of conference centers, we had to decide to move the meeting to another venue. Unfortunately the new venue is a little bit further off from the hotels.
New location will be Tivoli Congress Center. Which is approx. 20-25 minutes walk from the Hotel. A cab will bring you in 5 minutes. Cabs in Copenhagen accept CreditCards. At the end of the f2f-meeting-day we’ve arranged a dinner for all attendees inside the same building. This will allow us to continue our talks.
Please let me know (in person) if you have any special diet wishes.
On the Monday before I’m proposing to meet each other. We can have a drink together or have a walk through the lovely city of Copenahgen.
Please let me know if you’re up to this.
