MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of the
OASIS PROCESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE, 2000-02-17


The PAC met from 4.00-5:45 pm   EST Thursday 17 February, 2000

Chaired by:

Present were:

      Terry Allen (tallen@sonic.net)

The minutes from the last meeting were approved as submitted.


Resolutions

1.  There were no technical resolutions, as the major business
    was the discussion and rewriting of the draft Basic Structural
    Decisions, based on the original emailed from the Chair
    02/17/2000.


2.  Resolutions concerning meeting schedule:

    a. As resolved in the last meeting, the next meeting will
       be a full day face-to-face on
           3 Mar  9:30 am - c.5:30 pm (Pacific)

    b. The phone meetings resume following the March 3
       face-to-face as follows:
          16 Mar  5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (EST)
          30 Mar  5:00 pm - 7:00 pm (EST)



3.  As previously resolved, we adjourned until the next
    full-day scheduled meeting to be held on
           Friday, 2000.03.03 (starting at 9:30 am Pacific)


Meeting adjourned 5:45 pm EST.
