We are here:

   CS 6 (except IPR): just putting this out for a vote

   CS 6 IPR: we will work this out in Paris

   MT 10 (voting etc. by email):

    - minimum voting time: still under discussion

    - what we license the chair to do: still under discussion

I don't believe there are any issues left to decide from our
issues list.  Other issues will certainly arise when we begin to
consider the draft language for bylaw changes (I can already
guarantee this), but those belong to the next phase of our work,
which will begin within the next couple of days (as soon as I can
get approval of CS 6 sans IPR).
