ME TOO.  Since we do not officially exist any more, this is
an interesting whos-in-charge issue.

On Luaren's original question:

I do not seem to find that we got that specific, but since
rules are mainly intended for fairness and arbitration in
case of controversy, it seems to me that this is in the
spirit of the rules.  But it needs explicit recording somewhere
now that the case has been noticed.
