Hi all,
I have updated the spec with the following:
- Changed the wsdl url from 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wscaf/2004/09/wsctx to 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/wscaf/2004/09/wsctx.wsdl

- Updted the prefix namespace table to include wsu, wsdl, xsd and tns.

- Changed all occurences of xs: to xsd: (this was confusing to read in 
the spec because xsd was already defined as pointing to XML schema)

- Updated the embedded ContextType structure in the spec to include the 
new wsu:Id attribute and also changed the context-identifier type from 
xsd:string to tns:contextIdentifierType.

- Explained the contextIdentifierType as being a URI with an optional 
wsu:Id attribute

- Added a new endnote to "References" for Web Services Security.
