For those people who didn't attend the first teleconference, I asked Karl
Best the following question:

Karl, what is the status of Prospective Members who missed the first WS-CAF
teleconference? Do they have voting rights from now as long as they attend
the next 2 meetings, or do they have to start from scratch?

And his response was:
