Yes, HP's WS-Events was part of the Web Services Management Framework
Version 2.0 (HP along with several companies in this TC such as IONA,
Oracle, and Sun) that was set to be contributed to the OASIS Web
Services Distributed Management TC as of [1].

With all of this WS-* stuff floating around, does anyone object if I
change my name to WS-Joe? :)
