Subject: RE: [ws-caf] [Bug 129] SOAP mustUnderstand should not be determined by ws-context
Regarding mustUnderstand, the example SOAP message in section 2.1 places the mustUnderstand attribute on the saop:Header element. I think it is supposed to be on the context element which is a child of soap:Header instead. There is also an encodingStyle attribute on soap:Header. I don't know what the intent of this is. I don't remember the specified encodingStyle being defined anywhere. But, in any case, I don't think it is supposed to be on the soap:Header element.
