Subject: Comment: the CAF Architecture

Title: Message
Dear Colleagues,

Unless we decide to produce a separate CAF Architecture specification, it seems to me at present that the best place to provide the architecture (/model) that the CAF specifications are built to is in the Coordination Framework (CF) specification.

During the TC F2F meeting in Dublin (5-6 October 2004) we recorded some diagrams showing the CAF architecture - the components and their relationships and interfaces.

I suggest that these are added into the CF specification.  I am not saying they are yet correct or agreed, but placing them into the specification will allow us to discuss, modify as necessary and agree the basic architecture of the infrastructure or the CAF family of specifications.

Best Regards,

Tony
