BACnet (in several forms) is a registered trademark of ASHRAE, Inc. 
OBIX is a registered trademark of Clinical Computer Systems, Inc. for maternity hospital equipment.  I don't know if any other forms (e.g., "oBIX" with small leading character) can be registered by others for other uses; an expert would need to be consulted. 
LON is not a mark owned by LonMark International; it is a registered trademark of Echelon Corporation.
