The sentence "If the implementer and/or implementation claiming conformance is using WS-Calendar PIM as part of a larger business or service communication, they SHALL follow not only the semantic rules herein, but SHALL also conform to the rules for specifying inheritance in referencing standards." Such concerns on how implementations should claim conformance to something larger than this specification, seems out of place/scope. Why the worry? A bit confusing, because that seems to open the door to the referencing standard/profile altering the conditions for conformance to THIS (WS-cal PIM) specification
