WS-DD TC Audio Conferencing and LiveMeeting info

Here is the audio conferencing and LiveMeeting information for use in OASIS WS-DD TC meetings going forward. Note that we will continue to use the current audio conference parameters for the during of the first face-to-face meeting, but begin using the information below for the first teleconference on September 23 and thereafter.

 

Note that the LiveMeeting is set up as an “Ongoing Meeting” which is available 24 hours a day. You can log in at any time to set up your client (if you haven’t already). If you connect and haven’t previously installed the client, you will be invited to do so; you can also choose at that time to use the web client instead.

Audio Conference Controls

 

*0 For Operator technical assistance (e.g., identify a circuit with noise or echo)

*1 For a Help Menu (provides a listing of all available touch-tone commands)

*2 To initiate a "roll call" of all conference participants

*3 To initiate a private "roll call" of all participants

*4 To mute the lines of all participants

*5 To allow the active conference to continue after you have disconnected

*6 To mute your line only

*7 To "lock" your conference to prevent additional parties from joining

*9 To select how participants enter/exit your conference (silent, recorded name or by tone)
