Subject: NEW Issue - Clarify matching rule rfc2396

Please defer discussions on this issue until a time this issue is
accepted and is assigned a number.

Document: WS-DIscovery
Location: Middle of page 19
Owner: Antoine Mensch

Description:
The matching rule rfc2396 could be better specified: we have had
internal discussions to decide whether http://a/b/c/ (note the trailing
/) should match or not a URI such as http://a/b/c/d. Formally, it
should probably not match, as the trailing / denotes an additional empty
segment, but common sense could suggest that it does.

Proposed resolution:
Adding an explicit example for this particular case would clarify the
matter.
