Description:

The specification indicates that implementation must support for SOAP 1.1 and SOAP 1.2 versions. This places additional requirements on the implementations or risk being non-interoperable. To maximize the yield of find operation the client must repeat the Probe/Resolve on SOAP 1.1 and SOAP 1.2.  

 

Proposed Resolution:

Remove the requirement to support SOAP 1.1.
