Description:

In wd-04

on several locations, "one-way" is mentioned like a precision on a message, making it sound like there are other possibilities. (whereas there may not be in the context of the spec, making this "precision" redundant)

Proposed Resolution:

line 441: "Hello is a one way message sent by a "

line 510: "A Target Service MUST send a Hello when any of the following occur"

 

Same thing for Bye message, lines 630 and 659
